Jul. | 1656. // Denat[us] | d[ie] 11. Octob. | 1725.“ – Im Sockel 4 lat. Hexameter mit Widmung in der Sockelbasis „Monumentum hoc posuit“ von Augustin von Leyser [A 12452-56]: Hic POLYCARPVS erat, qvo gens Leysera nec ore, / Si qva fides priscis tabulis, nec robore mentis, / Nec pietate magis similem primo Polycarpo, / Saxoniae decori, vidit rursumve videbit. (Dies hier war Polcarp: keinen sah das Leyser’sche Geschlecht, der dem ersten Polycarp [A 12458- 61], der Zierde Sachsens, so ähnlich im Gesicht – falls man den alten Bildern trauen darf – wie an Geisteskraft und Frömmigkeit war, noch wird es je einen solchen sehen)."
