PROFESSOR ORDIN[arius,] CONVENT[us] / ECCLESIAE PRAESES[,] COLLEGII THOMANI PRAEPOSITVS ARGENTORATI. Ao. 1653.“ – Unter dem Oval große, seitlich mit Engelsköpfen geschmückte Kartusche mit (jeweils in 2 Kolumnen angeordneten) 4 iamb. lat. und 4 etwa sinngleichen dt. Versen, oben: Doctrina Verbum Vita Doctrinam sapit: / Laudaris ergo quanquam id inuitus bene! // / Nam vera laus Volentibus non competit: / Indignus est quicunque se dignum putat! Darunter: Ihr lehret wie Ihr sollt, vnd lebet wie Ihr lehrt: / Der halben lobt man Euch, wie ohngern Ihr es leidet. // / Vnd billich! der allein wird würdiglich geehrt / Ders mit der that verdient, und mit dem Hertzen meidet."
