Verse: Quod si famosum liquidò cognoscere totum / Tu Zinzendorffum, Lector amice! cupis: / Illius expressum specta hac in imagine vultum, / Inque his depictum colloquiis animum. (Willst du, freundlicher Leser, den vielberedeten Zinzendorf ganz und klar erkennen, so betrachte sein in diesem Bildnis wiedergegebenes Antlitz und seinen in diesen Gesprächen abgeschilderten Geist). Darunter 4 dt. Verse: Des Zinzendorfs Gestalt zeigt hier der Künstler an, / So weit sie sichtbar ist: Der Schreiber läst dich lesen, / Wie seines Geistes Art, wie schändlich sey sein wesen, / Wie hinter guten Schein sich Satan bergen kan."
