Röm. Reichs (mit Ordenskette vom Goldenen Vlies) u. Englands (mit Hosenband). Unten, mit dem Oval verbunden, Kartusche mit persönl. Wappen u. lat. Namenslegende „JACOBUS DEMUT ANGLICUS“ mit Anagramm „GNAVUS. IBIDEM. OCCULTAS.“ – Darunter in 2 Kolumnen je 2 lat. distich., das Anagramm verwertende Verse mit Widmung „ut debuit ita voluit“ von Johannes Henrici, Mag. der Theol. und gekr. Dichter in Pressburg: GNAVUS ut in rebus fuit hic quem cernis IBIDEM / Invenit OCCULTAS res Tibi saepe bonas / Ad Quem confugias membris et mente laborans / Is dabit auxilium consiliumq[ue] Tibi. (Tüchtig, wie er in der Praxis war, findet der, den Du hier siehst, ebendort Dir oft verborgene gute Mittel. | Flüchte Dich zu ihm, wenn Du an Gliedern oder Seele krank bist: er wird Dir Rat und Hilfe geben)."
