Im Mittelteil 8 Kopfb.-Medaillons der am Krieg beteiligten europäischen Herrscher vor zwei seitlich stehenden Palmbäumen. Darüber o. M. Justitia mit Szepter u. Waage (letztere getroffen von Gnadenstrahl aus Gottesauge in Trinitätsdreieck), in deren Waagschalen (l.) Mars ein Schwert bzw. Pax (mit Füllhorn) einen Ölzweig legen, während (r.) ein Genius(?) auf eine Tafel schreibt; über diesem eine geflügelte weibl. Gestalt (Fama oder Victoria?). U. l. weist die (verzweifelnde?) Spes (mit Hoffnungsanker) auf eine Erdkugel mit Aufschrift „Germania“ (l. daneben Fahnen, Kanone u. Trommel), während eine hinter ihr stehende weibl. Gestalt ihr Mut macht, indem sie auf die Herrscherbildnisse oben weist; im Hintergrund Gefechtsszene. – Unter dem Bild lat. Distichon: Gens Germana gemens! ensem praeponderat ecce! / Pacis Oliva magis, spe praecibusque [sic] vales. (Der deutsche Stamm, sieh nur, läßt seufzend das Schwert sinken. Ölzweig des Friedens, du bist stärker durch Hoffnung und Gebete); darunter 2 dt. chronogrammatische [= 1759] Verse: TeVtsChLanD hofft Der FrIeDens ZeIt, / NaCh betrangter BangIgkeIt."
