Treppenaufgang mit Himmelsausblick, vorn l. mit Lorbeerzweigen umwundene gedrehte Säule auf hohem Postament, daran vorn Äskulapstab, r. Vorhang, in rechteck. Fensterrahmen. O. M. Wappen, von dem nach beiden Seiten ein l./r. seitlich herabhängendes Band ausgeht (darum unter dem Wappen ein Lorbeerkranz), an dem mit Knoten 2x4 Ahnenwappen befestigt sind. – Im Büstensockel 6zeil. lat. Inschrift „GOTOFR. | THILESIUS | PATRIC[ius] VRATISL[aviensis] | D[octor] MEDICUS | ET IN REP[ublica] PATR[ia] | PROTOPHYSICUS“, in der Sockelbasis „A[nno] MDCLXXXIII. AET[atis] LXIII.“ – In der Rahmenbrüstung 4 distich. lat. Verse mit Widmung „Ita SENI meritissimo | Fautori suo Honoratissimo | l[apidem] m[onumentum]q[ue] assurgit“ von Johannes Burg: Stirps antiqva Patrum; Prudentia rara medendi; / Candida mens; Senii non temeratus Honor; / Ex niveo radiant venerandi crine THILESI: / Hâc nive quid qvaeso clarius esse potest? (Ein alter Ahnenstamm, eine seltene Erfahrung im Heilen, ein reines Herz und unbefleckte Ehre des Alters | leuchten aus THILESIUS’ weißem Haar. Was kann, frage ich, strahlender sein als dieser Schnee?)."
