Seidenumhang, nach r. an mit Widderkopf geschmücktem Postament mit antiker Männerbüste stehend, die Rechte in die Hüfte gestemmt, die ein zusammengerolltes Blatt haltende Linke auf dem Postament ruhend, in dreifach strichgerahmtem Rechteck. Unter dem Bild „SIR JOSHUA REYNOLDS, KNIGHT. | From a Picture in the Council-chamber of the Royal Academy, painted by himself.“ Darunter 2zeil. Widmung von John Britton (1771–1827), engl. ästhet.
